REFUND & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is informed on the website from time to time. The order will take 5-6 days to reach your doorstep. You can consider the shipping rates shown at the time of checkout to be final.

CASH ON DELIVERY

We will call your mobile number to confirm the order prior to processing your COD order. Any unreachable customer will be emailed for further contact. If we are unable to get in touch with you for 5 days from the date of your order, it will automatically get cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders that are placed can be cancelled on the same day by reaching out to our customer care in time that is before the order is shipped. If you cancel it in time, we will refund the full amount back into your account. It may take 8 - 9 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

REFUNDS

  • On single purchases, we only provide refunds or replacements if the products are damaged during shipping or any other genuine case (final decision taken by us), provided that you reach out to our customer care team within 3 days of delivery of said Order. If the products are used, we do not offer a refund, as the product now cannot be resold to any other customer.

 

  • While we are committed to provide the best to our customers and we pay a lot of attention to details, sometimes we are even susceptible to making mistakes. So if there are any concerns please call our customer care number (9093607080) and we will provide you with the best possible options

RETURNS INFORMATION


 Our customer service team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns. If you received the product and wish to exchange it for another item, or you received a damaged product, directions are provided below. Only products purchased on www.wildglow.in can be returned. 

  • We only accept returns or replacements in case of product damage during shipping or any other genuine case (the final decision regarding the return will be taken by us, once we verify the product ).
  • We request you to please reach out to our customer service team within 3 days of delivery of said order.
  • Once your returned products are verified by us, the amount of your order will be refunded to you within 7 business days.
